Family Support Specialist - PAT Educator
Bright Futures is seeking a Family Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time, year-round role provides direct service to families through meetings, group connections and home visits while also carrying out established office and administrative responsibilities related to Family Support Services and Parents as Teachers programming. The Family Support Specialist provides a blend of home visitation, group meetings, parenting classes, client-directed goal setting and administrative responsibilities.

Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant
Bright Futures is seeking an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (ECMHC) to provide early childhood mental health consultation services to childcare programs, children under 6 years of age and community partners in San Miguel, Ouray, Montrose, Delta and San Juan counties approximately 30 hours/week. The ECMH Program seeks to increase the capacity of early care and learning programs to create nurturing environments that foster mental wellness among children, families and staff and focus on reduction of expulsions from childcare. Critical ECMHC activities also include young child parent education, and consultation with other early childhood systems such as: Early Intervention, home visiting and child welfare teams, and community training on topics relevant to social emotional development and well-being of young children.
