- Child Care Resource & Referral Service
Qualistar Early Learning encourages all child care programs to contact their local Child Care Resource & Referral agency (CCR&R) to report changes to their program, such as changes in vacancies, rates, or contact information, which is maintained locally in a database. Many advocacy and funding organizations use this data to identify needs and set policy. For example, a community’s child care rate information is averaged and provided to the Colorado Department of Human Services to guide the setting of CCCAP rates. Therefore, accurate data is of the utmost importance to Colorado’s early childhood community.
