Kathleen Merritt
Executive Director
Kathleen has served as Bright Futures' executive director for over five years. Under her leadership, the organization has grown tremendously to serve 7 counties in various capacities.
Prior to working at Bright Futures, Kathleen worked as a director at an infant/toddler center. Kathleen has long held a passion for early childhood care and education, and brings that enthusiasm and dedication to the organization each day. She has lived in Telluride for 25 years and has two children.
